Requirements:

• Candidates for these scholarships must be a Arkansas students whose parents have died in service to their nation, state or community. 
• Scholarships are also based on need, academic merit and leadership

Application Process:

1. Download application from the Arkansas Community Foundation at www.arcf.org website.
2. Return the completed applications as well as the following items.
   • Half to one full page describing leadership roles and extracurricular activities as well as how receiving this scholarship will impact your life goals
   • Current transcript
   • Copy of your birth certificate
   • Letter explaining circumstances of your parent's death
   • Copy of parent's death certificate verifying cause of death
3. Mail application and attachments to address above.
